HYBRID MEETING Although we would hope and prefer to host our CME course in person this year as we have done in the past, we also understand that the pandemic has caused significant restriction to in-person educational events. The health and safety of our meeting attendees, faculty, staff, and those that provide infrastructure support at the meeting venue are of primary importance to us. We will live stream the course for all attendees (and those that do not attend in person will be allowed to claim CME credit by reviewing both the live stream and recordings within 30 days post course). The course will be live streamed for CME credit for registrants who may not be able to attend. If conditions dictate the course go entirely live streamed, we will do so in accordance with our University's guidelines. This meeting is also available as online Additional details will be posted as soon as information is available.
